Orçun Yeyman

Ayurveda Instructor & Wellness Consultant

I’m Orçun Yeyman, an Ayurveda instructor, wellness consultant, bodywork practitioner and musician. My work brings together attentive touch, practical guidance and sound, helping you explore rhythms that support your wellbeing.

For more than a decade, Ayurveda has been at the heart of my work and way of life. My journey has taken me through Türkiye, India and Southeast Asia, where I have studied, practised and taught Ayurveda alongside bodywork, yoga, breath, meditation and Indian classical music.

"My work is an invitation to notice what your body is asking for, and to meet it with simplicity, consistency and care."

Journey

From Varanasi to Kaş

2006

Reflexology, the first step

My practice began with reflexology, which deepened my interest in the body, attentive touch and individual wellbeing.

Varanasi

Indian classical music

In Varanasi, I studied bansuri at the Faculty of Performing Arts, Banaras Hindu University, and tabla through Prayag Sangeet Samiti.

Ayurveda in Dharamshala

I completed advanced practitioner training at Ayuskama Ayurveda Institute under Dr. Arun Sharma in 2013. From 2013 to 2020, I assisted him in his clinic and institute.

2019–2020

Teaching in Goa

As guest faculty at Trimurti Yoga in Goa, I taught introductory Ayurveda and yoga philosophy within 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher-training programmes.

Projects in Southeast Asia

My work in Vietnam and Thailand brought together workshops, private sessions and creative collaborations with local wellness communities.

Vietnam: In Vietnam, I facilitated Ritucharya workshops exploring seasonal living and offered private reflexology sessions. At Mandala Wellness, I led the Women’s Wisdom workshop and offered Ayurvedic consultations, reflexology and Abhyanga. In collaboration with Hannah, I also facilitated moon gatherings, guided meditation, sound journeys and workshops.

Thailand: In Chiang Mai, I facilitated ‘Objects of Memory and Desire’ at Fah Lanna Art Museum, an arts-based workshop exploring personal experience through meaningful objects, drawing, writing and storytelling.

Kaş

Private practice & community

In Kaş, I offer private sessions, consultations, cooking workshops and sound journeys for the local and international community.

A Rhythm Deepens with Continuity

One session can offer a complete restorative pause. With continuity, there is time to notice your response, refine the focus and adapt the work as your needs change.

01

A Restorative Pause

A single session can stand on its own, offering time to slow down, settle and reconnect with how you feel.

02

A Short, Flexible Series

When helpful, sessions can continue as a short series, with the timing and focus adjusted as the work unfolds.

03

Observe, Refine & Integrate

Continuity allows us to notice responses over time, refine what is useful and carry supportive practices into everyday routines.

My consultations offer education and wellbeing guidance. They do not provide medical diagnosis or replace medical care.
